Take notice that the Chief Justice has cancelled certain succession orders to an application filed in 1996 to succeed to the interests of the late EMMA MOETAUA will now be reheard.

The High Court has ordered that any person who believes they are entitled to succeed to any of the interests of Emma Moetaua in any of the following lands listed below must file an application to succeed by 4.00 p.m. on Friday 22 April 2022
